Prince Harry's UK visit fuels fresh speculation over possible meeting with King Charles
Prince Harry has arrived in the UK for a five-day visit, sparking renewed speculation about whether he will meet King Charles, as royal commentators claim any reunion would be closely managed by palace aides.

Prince Harry has returned to the UK for a five-day visit to London and Birmingham without his wife, Meghan Markle, or their two children, reigniting speculation over whether he will meet his father, King Charles III.

According to royal commentator Hilary Fordwich, any potential meeting between the Duke of Sussex and the King would be carefully coordinated by palace officials. She claimed palace aides would closely oversee the conversation, with the priority being the protection of the monarchy rather than a personal family reconciliation.

Speaking to Fox News, Fordwich said reconciliation has become increasingly difficult because palace aides and some senior members of the Royal Family reportedly "don't trust Harry" to meet privately with the King.

Harry's latest visit comes after weeks of speculation surrounding his travel plans, including questions over where he would stay and whether Meghan and their children would accompany him. He ultimately travelled to the UK alone.

The Duke of Sussex began his visit with an appearance at an Invictus Games event in London on Tuesday.

His arrival also coincided with a legal setback after it was announced that he had lost his High Court privacy case against the publisher of the Daily Mail, Associated Newspapers Ltd.

The visit comes just hours after reports that an offer of accommodation at Buckingham Palace had been withdrawn, adding further attention to Harry's latest trip and the continuing speculation surrounding his relationship with the Royal Family.
